Crownado ("we," "us," "our") sells digital products—templates, checklists, guides, and frameworks—for tree service business owners. These Terms of Service govern your use of crownado.com and any products you purchase from us.

By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy our products.

Products

Our products are digital downloads—PDFs, editable documents, spreadsheets, and similar files. Here's what you need to know:

• Delivery: Products are delivered digitally via email or download link immediately after purchase (or within a few minutes). No physical products are shipped.
• Format: Products are delivered in PDF, Word (.docx), Google Docs, or Excel/Google Sheets format, as specified on the product page.
• Customization: Editable formats (Word, Google Docs, Sheets) are provided so you can customize the products for your specific business. That's the point.

License and Usage

When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use it for your own business. Specifically:

• You CAN: Use the product for your own tree service business. Edit it, customize it, print it, share it with your crew.
• You CAN'T: Resell the product, redistribute it, share it with other business owners, or claim you created it. If another tree service owner wants it, they can buy their own copy.

This is a single-business license. One purchase = one business. If you own multiple separate businesses, each needs its own purchase.

Payments and Pricing

• Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
• Payment processing: Payments are handled by Gumroad (or a similar payment processor). We don't store your credit card information.
• Taxes: You're responsible for any applicable sales tax in your jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, we offer a straightforward guarantee:

• If the product is defective (corrupted file, missing content, broken links)—we'll fix it or refund you immediately. No questions asked.
• If it doesn't work for you—email us within 30 days of purchase at hello@crownado.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
• Keep the files. If we refund you, you don't need to delete anything. We'd rather you have a safer crew than hold onto your $77.

We're not trying to trap anyone. If something isn't right, let us know.

Not Legal, Financial, or Safety Advice

This is important. Our products are templates and frameworks based on industry best practices. They are not a substitute for:

• Legal advice—Have an attorney review any contracts, employee handbooks, or policies before implementing them.
• OSHA compliance advice—Our safety manual templates are based on OSHA guidelines, but compliance requirements vary by state, locality, and operation type. Consult with a safety professional or your local OSHA office for your specific situation.
• Insurance advice—Talk to your insurance provider about your specific coverage needs.
• Financial advice—Pricing calculators and job costing worksheets are tools, not financial guidance. Talk to an accountant for tax and financial planning.

Our products give you a head start and a professional framework. They don't replace professional judgment or expert consultation.

Accuracy of Information

We work hard to make our products accurate and up-to-date. However:

• Regulations change. OSHA updates standards. Insurance requirements shift. What's accurate today may need updating tomorrow.
• We're not responsible for decisions you make based on our products. Use them as a starting point, not the final word.
• If you find an error in any of our products, please let us know at hello@crownado.com. We'll fix it and send you the updated version.

Intellectual Property

All content on crownado.com—articles, product descriptions, images, logos, and designs—is owned by Crownado. Don't copy it, scrape it, or republish it without written permission.

The "Crownado" name and logo are our trademarks.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim related to our products or website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost profits, business interruption, or injury resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Plain English: We stand behind our products. But we can't be held responsible for what happens when you use them. You're the professional—you know your crew, your equipment, and your jobsite better than we do.

Website Use

Don't do anything weird with our website. Specifically, don't:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content
• Try to hack, disrupt, or overload the site
• Use the site for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate us or misrepresent your affiliation with Crownado

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites (OSHA resources, industry associations, etc.). We're not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. Use them at your own discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and note the change on our website. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
